Meet Our Founder
Nancy Long
Founder & SAFe® Practice Consultant
Nancy Long created Collegiate Certifications to bridge the gap between college education and real-world readiness. With a background in Agile, SAFe®, and project management, she’s spent over a decade helping teams work smarter and deliver faster—and now she’s using that expertise to help students enter the workforce with confidence.
Nancy’s programs offer more than test prep; they equip students with the skills, insight, and practical experience that hiring managers look for. With over 12 years in Agile and SAFe® methodologies, Nancy has earned multiple certifications—including SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, and CSPO—and has helped organizations transition to more agile, effective ways of working.
Now, she brings that knowledge into the classroom. Her certification courses are designed not only to prepare students for after graduation, but also to equip them with real-world application and confidence through hands-on learning. Her passion is helping the next generation stand out—not just with a certification, but with the knowledge and mindset to thrive in today’s ever-changing job market.
